TheMarket Compliance team actively reviews and policies these categories. Please ensure you review the below, and our banned and restricted list which may be updated regularly.

If you are offering any of the below for sale, you must seek and obtain approval before listing these for sale. If you are in doubt, please contact Merchant Support for guidance.
- Animal and food products – Meet MPI requirements and in some instances hold a Food Safety Plan.
- Branded/luxury items – Must be genuine and able to provide evidence of authenticity if requested.
- Cots – AS/NZS 2172:2003 compliance required
- Electrical goods – Must comply with AS/NZS standards.
- Supplements – NZ standards regarding ingredients, active ingredient levels and claims made.
- Media (DVDs) - Supplied with an NZ classification rating applied
- Kids and Baby nightwear categories - Comply with AS/NZS 1249:2014
- Toys for children under 36 months - AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2002 compliance required
- Sunscreen – Must have evidence of compliance with AS/NZ 2604:2012
